Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.
All shipments will be dispatched weekdays. 
Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. 
We dispatch most days, however there may be times when we are receiving a high volume of orders and as such there may be delays which may be out of our control. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Once packages have been dispatched, if delivery delays may occur these are outside of our control. We do not currently deliver to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched.  

Damages

Customize the following: Lush & Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
